Brill Coffee was an idea dreamt up from our iconic hillside village in Buckinghamshire to fill a gap in the market – offering exceptional coffee to our local community.
We can regularly be found serving up coffee and cake at the Windmill in Brill, it’s a welcome pitstop for cyclists and walkers alike.
We also pop up at a range of events in the local area and are available to hire for private functions. Scroll down for more details or download our brochure here.

What are your opening hours?
We are currently open at Brill Windmill during the below days and times.
Fridays – 08:00 – 12:00
Saturdays – 08:00 – 12:00
Sundays – 09:00 – 12:00

Is it just coffee you serve?
Whilst we pride ourselves on serving excellent coffee we know not everyone is a fan. We also offer a range of teas, hot chocolate, soft drinks and homemade cakes.
Do you have non-dairy options?
All of our drinks are available with oat milk. We don’t have much space in our dinky van and have found this the most popular alternative.
Do you take card payments?
Yes! We take cash and card payments and our zettle machine even allows us to accept AMEX 👍

What coffee do you use?
We are proud to serve coffee exclusively from local roastery New Ground Coffee. They provide ethically sourced high-grade coffee, carefully selected from small-scale farms around the world.
